4.0 Earthquake Early Morning Thursday- 1/2/2020

     There was a 4.0 earthquake at 0.1 Km depth  in the early morning hours Thursday, off of coastal Southern California at 2:13 AM .It was 15 miles South of Port Hueneme ,60 miles west of Los Angeles .According to the USGS there was weak shaking .

   There was no damage or injuries reported. 

   This earthquake was preceded by a 3.9 earthquake in Morgan Hill area 5.9 Km in depth .
