Taal Volcano in the Philippines has erupted Sunday after having been placed on alert level 4 .  Alert level 4 means a hazardous eruption my occur within days to weeks.6,000 villagers  on the Island have been evacuated and up to 300,000 may be moved over the next few days . 

Today I did an update for earthquakes around the world from midnight until 3 pm in the afternoon using EMSC .      

      Yes I missed the  4.8 Iceland  earthquake totally !                                              

According to The Preceedings of the National Academy Of Science A study They did shows this to be one of the largest methane leaks in history.

     There was a 4.0 earthquake at 0.1 Km depth  in the early morning hours Thursday, off of coastal Southern California at 2:13 AM .It was 15 miles South of Port Hueneme ,60 miles west of Los Angeles .According to the USGS there was weak shaking .    There was no damage or injuries reported.     This earthquake was preceded by a 3.9 earthquake in Morgan Hill area 5.9 Km in depth .
